授業の目標
|
|
|
この授業では、学生がソーシャルメディアの影響を理解するための入門知識を提供する。この授業では、ソーシャルメディア上に見られるコンテンツの種類と、そのようなコンテンツがユーザーや、より広い社会にどのような影響を与えるかを理解することに重点を置く。この講座を通じて、受講生がソーシャルメディアが対人コミュニケーションやより広範な社会問題に及ぼす影響を十分に理解することが期待される。さらに重要なこととして、この講座は、誤報・偽情報、詐欺などに関するソーシャルメディアに関する知識を提供し、ソーシャルメディアにおけるデジタル・リテラシーをより高める。

準備学習(予習・復習)等の内容と分量
|
|
|
積極的かつ主体的な準備学習(予習・復習)が求められる。準備学習への取り組み方全般については、学期はじめに担当教員から説明があるほか、各回の授業で求められる準備学習の具体的内容については、学期中随時教員から指示がある。また履修者が自ら主体的に計画と目標を立て、自律的に準備学習に取り組むことも強く期待される。準備学習を十分に行わなければ、身につけるべき内容を消化できず、単位も取得できなくなる可能性があるので、真剣かつ計画的に取り組んでほしい。
*Students are required to read and understand the readings before the class. They are also expected to hand-in assignments/reports/projects on the due date.

この授業は英語中級者(目安としてTOEFL-ITP試験の成績が421点以上、実際の成績分布に基づき基準は451点までの範囲で変動する)を主な対象者とする。
